    We’ve eaten at Hard Rocks around the globe and the food and service here was the best we’ve ever had. Salmon cooked just right, ribs tender and not greasy. Our server was the best. Funny and chatted with us for several minutes about London .

    Loved our visit to Hard Rock Piccadilly. Every cafe in the UK has the same menu but Piccadilly just blows the rest out the water with the quality and high standard of each meal. It simply tastes so much better! The Tupelo chicken tenders - delicious! The New York Strip - quality! The Baby Back Ribs - Excellent! And that bbq sauce btw…where can I buy it for myself?! First class all round. We loved the service as well particularly from Frankie and his comically awesome laugh and great sense of humour! Additionally, massive thanks to Ed (manager) for saving me from getting an earful off the wife when I thought I’d lost my sunglasses and didn’t realise till I was on the other side of the city. Much appreciated!! Definitely stick HRC Piccadilly Circus on your to-do list in London!

    I've been to several Hard Rocks around the world Orlando LA Rome, this is definitely one of the best. Food cooked to perfection and really not to expensive for the heart of London.

    The food was fantastic, very tasty and big portions. Server service started off great but then when we needed the bill, couldn’t be found for 15 mins. Alcoholic drinks took longer to arrive

    Wasnt expecting to be told we had to pay 20% service fee on the bill. A service fee or tip is optional. We would have tipped but to be told what we had to pay isnt on.

    HR is a long established brand and you know what you will encounter when there. The Picadilly restaurant is one of the best HR, with excellent staff, a nice bar area, plenty space for clients with mobility issues, it's always clean and has a large upstairs shop.

    Took some teens for the first time they loved the whole experience and thought the burgers were the best they’ve ever had! 🍔

    Food great, vibe as expected at a Hard Rock. Service not particularly attentive, server brash and not the most friendly. Service charge added on a table of 2 which I feel is unnecessary and we were charged £17 for a pina colada - extortionate!
