    The burger didn't have any taste 😕, but the ribs was good.

    When I was greeted, the host was attentive and got us seated quickly and efficiently. The waiter and waitresses were very quick with our orders, however, they weren't very attentive to their customers because they were so busy. Our waiter even looked overwhelmed with the amount of customers which effected the way he presented himself to us. My chicken salad was saturated in sauce which wasn't pleasant. You get about 90% lettuce and 10% chicken which didn't fill you. I had to take some chips off of my husbands plate because I was constantly eating lettuce with the little piece of chicken I had. And to pay £19 for lettuce on a plate with a tiny piece of chicken is daylight robbery. Unfortunately due to this, I didn't enjoy my time and food at Hard Rock Piccadilly Circus. I won't be coming back.

    We asked the server to remove the £4.99 service charge, he promptly stormed off in a huff, a manageress returned to complete the paying of the bill. We bought our drinks at the bar, the server never brought the food to our table, all he done was take our food order, thinks we're paying him £4.99, not a chance. He was rude, petty, immature, not very knowledgeable of the menu. Embarrassing reflection of the HRC. His name was Jasbir, cheque number 227275, 02/07/2024 at 14:48

    All ok except for front of desk, we were walk ins at 21:50. We already checked and there were places available for 10:00pm for a table of 2x pax. Front of desk used no common sense and just said no tables unless pre-booked. Instead of saying check online and book or just use an ounce of common sense and let us in, instead he sent us out. So following this I was in two minds, do I say ok well that’s not good and not dine at your facility or do I just book online. On this occasion I chose the latter, should my daughter not have been with me I can confirm i’d not have returned. I often use hard rock when travelling and this has left a sour taste. I’m a serial diner probably most of your branches worldwide, upsetting to be treated like this at my most local one!

    Very good food but little bit loud music, but u really enjoy hard rock at this place. The people who work there are very nice, even with a non-gluten person with us he loved the food and gluten free beer!!! And even a gluten free Meny! 10/10!

    Piers was our waiter and was excellent throughout. We had a long lunch and didn’t feel at all pressured to vacate our table. Staff were also very accommodating when we arrived early for our reservation.
