On Open Table a special offer was highlighted, 2 Entrees for £25, which I signed up for. On arrival at The Hard Rock we were shown to our table and were given the main menu and also the 2 for £25 menu. We ordered from the special offer. The waitress came back and said that she was sorry but this menu had finished at 3pm. We showed her the email from Open Table and asked why we had been given the menu for this as well when it was 4.45. The Manager came and said there had been a mistake but he would honor the offer….all good we thought and ordered again, at this point we were told that the 2 entrees needed to be the same rather than another of the choices! Totally frustrated at this point we just decided to order from the main menu. Once this was done all was back to the usual Hard Rock standard. Just seemed a shame that there was so much confusion over the special offer.

Pork sandwich not what it used to be. Coleslaw now included in the bun rather than separate which made the sandwich cold. Yes COLD ! Enough said.

Amazing service from start to finish. Our server Emilio was so attentive and recommended some great food. What a lovely way for myself and my mum to end our short break! Thank you for having us!

My daughter and I came to celebrate her 15th birthday. The service was excellent and they sang Happy Birthday to my daughter! Great experience!
