    Not one of the best experiences I have had on my many visits. Food and atmosphere was as good as always but we were neglected a bit by our waiter. Our main courses were bought out before we had finished our starter, then to try and order another drink was a nightmare. We had no cutlery replaced for our main course and no serviettes either. Just very poor. The only time he was attentive was when we were paying our bill. Felt a bit disappointed this time.

    Great server we had (Dylan) made us all feel welcome and recommended dishes for us as well. Daughters 21st birthday 🎂 and they sang to her. Will definitely be back

    Another good experience. Food was amazing, service brilliant, especially the bar staff while we were waiting for our table.

    Our servant, Kel, did an amazing job by serving us and took good care of all of our needs with an outstandingly great service. Very dedicated service and super delicious food, but a bit expensive for tourists like us.

    Second visit to Piccadilly Circus Hard Rock Cafe. Was served by great waiter, very friendly, explained where everything was. Great food as always, quick turn around on ordering.
