First off - all staff were amazing. From front desk to wait staff to the shop. All friendly, personable and professional. For a burger place, this was great. And we loved the Nachos.

the ambience is enchanting ! just like other hard rock restaurants worldwide. also, there’s a original pair of glasses from lennon. what an amazing detail! the food was good, i’ve ordered a pulled pork sandwich. also, i’ve drunk a camden local beer, and it was delicious. if you’re in central london, i totally recommend visiting it!

Was all great and speedy friendly service, however I took my food home as I couldn't finish it and I found a black hair in my burger :( . Definitely not my hair sandwich in-between the burger patty and cheese .

We went to celebrate a 40 birthday in London for the weekend and chose to eat in the Hard Rock Cafe what a lovely experience food drink and atmosphere was brilliant and would recommend to anyone absolutely 5 star thanks to everyone that made our day

Absolute brilliant dining experience from start to finish, didn’t feel rushed at all but wasn’t waiting around forever for our items either. Also had a wonderful atmosphere.

Overall a great experience. Food was great. I’m a no meat eater and your “Moving Moutains” was probably the best burger I’ve ever had. The service was excellent. Great staff. Obviously the music was what to be expected. Thank you very much.

Excellent lunch with the family. Our waiter Shah was very friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The best restaurant in London for families.

Visited for lunch with my husband and two young children. Our youngest has a peanut and tree nut allergy and we were happy with the allergy information available, the server was also very attentive and advised on may contain/cross contamination. Food was good and reasonable for the brand and location. The kids liked the free football gift having ordered from the kids menu! Nice ambience and music, staff friendly and toilets clean. Would recommend and would return on another trip to London.
