Not the clearest entrance and the door sticks. However once inside service was good and quick. Food was hot and tasty really enjoyed our meal, drinks and coffee.

I liked the service but the steak was like a rubber. Waiters don't ask about the membership card. I had to tell them about it. The same situation is in the Rock Shop. They also don't give free gifts if you do the sum. I had to tell them, so they did.

The service was slow and awful, the food was freezing cold. We were dumped on a table practically on the stair case. Never again would not recommend

Hard Rock Cafe is a good choice, staff is very kind and friendly, the atmosphere is nice, while food and drinks are exactly tasty as you would expect. Definitely will visit again.

Worst Hard Rock Cafe I have ever been to & I have been to many in the uk & Europe. Poor food poor service & at and atmosphere

Food was ok, not much taste and was luke warm. Thought it was a lot of money for what we had.

Only saving grace was the food. The service was atrocious. Waited 15 minutes for drink. Food was outstanding but we had no check back on starters or mains. We were never offered second drinks or even desserts. Got sick of waiting eventually and asked for the bill which took a further 20 minutes. Have eaten in hard rocks all over the world and this is by far the worst. Such a shame!
