Set in a historic, 500-year-old house on two floors with 650m2, the cafe offers space for 250 guests, a modern bar for awesome nightlife, the Rock Shop with exclusive merchandise and a stage that is regularly played. In summer, the patio invites you to eat with a view of the Nordkette and the golden Dacherl.

The walls in the house show many original memorabilia by famous musicians from the rock and pop world, such as dresses from Beyonce, Madonna and Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson and Johnny Cash shoes, instruments from Rolling Stones, Prodigy and many others. Thus, the Hard Rock Cafe is also the largest museum of contemporary music in Austria.

The restaurant offers an popular American-influenced classic menu with the Original Legendary Burger also locally-inspired and vegan food. The special advantage about this Hard Rock Cafe is that it offers only meat and bread from the region.

Es war wieder einmal ein sehr schöner Besuch mit sehr leckerem Essen und tollem Service. Immer wenn wir in der Nähe sind, kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Everything was good, except for the service. They served the wrong burger but didn’t apologized or anything, the crew seemed a bit stressed.

Quando siamo arrivati e abbiamo comunicato che avevamo prenotato un tavolo, ci è stato risposto che il tavolo era stato assegnato a qualcun altro (da notare che comunque il locale non era affollato e presentava molti tavoli vuoti anche durante la serata) e che però se aspettavamo 5/10 minuti ne pulivano uno e ce lo avrebbero assegnato. Rispetto ad altri locali Hard Rock visitati, questo era sotto la norma. Ovvero musica abbastanza bassa di volume (e molte volte non centrava nulla con il rock), locale non allestito come gli altri (molto scarno di oggettistica). Per il cibo invece nulla da dire, era ottimo e anche il servizio al tavolo!

Mehr sicher glutenfreie Optionen wären wirklich super. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The HRC Innsbruck is a cool location from the outside. There is also a lot to see inside. The food was OK, but not nearly the food we are used to from HRC. The NY strip steak was not medium as ordered, but rather medium rare. The boneless tenders did not come with blue cheese dressing as stated on the menu. These are just minor things and we did not complain about them, but we are not used to such things from HRC. The atmosphere and service were impersonal and limited to the bare essentials. We are also not used to that from HRC. All in all, we were full, but it was not a special experience for us this time.

Typically we choose a restaurant based on food and serious. At Hard Rock we found both to be excellent. We enjoy the food and we have fun with the staff. As we come regularly, we got to know many waiters, supervisors, maitre’d. It’s normal for some of the staff to give us a hug and for us to know a bit about their personal life. The employees really show the philosophy of Hard Rock as a well-known American brand and how to interact with guests. Unfortunately, the employees really do “make or break” these experiences and we had the misfortune of dealing with Felix who immediately treated us as opponents. He spoke to me condescendingly and it seemed like his goal was to make sure that he was “right” and our experience as customers was, as he told me, not part of his job. At one point I had to start laughing because he was trying so hard to use his little bit of power/authority to make me feel bad and to make me feel “small”. Eventually this situation escalated to the point I was mad and even other customers were looking and listening and after this was over a customer came to our table to say how shameful Felix had behaved with us. It was very uncomfortable, the evening could not be enjoyed anymore. We just ate our appetizer and left. Bottom line, we feel awful about this interaction but as long-time customers if you find one other Hard Rock employee who tells you we are bad or difficult customers , I’ll give you 100 Euros.

High quality food with a diverse menu from ribs and burgers to asian shrimp and Mexican. Excellent quality cocktails and good selection of beer, wine. Cocktails are pricey but worth it. Consistently good, never a bad meal nor a bad experience. Waitstaff is competent and friendly, and most speak multiple languages. Atmosphere is great for music-lovers and certain times of year there are options to sit outside. Love this place and their great staff!
