   If you are visiting Dubrovnik do not bother with Hard Rock Cafe. It lacks the usual atmosphere and the food is shocking. The nachos were dry and stale, next to no topping and very little for €20. The buffalo wings had no sauce on them, really disappointing. Having been to other hard rock cafes over Europe this one just lacks the hard rock vibe.

   From the moment we walked in, the place was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive without being overbearing — they really made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding. We even got a free desert for my husband’s birthday. The music they were playing was very good. It is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to go back!

   Waiter was extremely rude and slow. Got 3 out of 4 drinks delivered, milkshake took an additional 15 minutes as “it came from the kitchen”. Asked for sauces with out meal, halfway through the meals - we had to request sauces again, this was greeted with a rude response from the waiter. When asking for the bill, we asked to split this by the couples - 2 couples. The waiter told us that this had to be sorted before he printed the receipt - we asked if this would be a problem and the waiter responded “yes”. When leaving the staff member seating customers asked how our meal was - we said good food but poor customer service from our waiter, this staff member nodded to this response which makes us believe that this experience wasn’t a one off!

   Unfortunately one of the meals was barely warm. It also seemed as if two of the staff were having an argument in front of everyone, which is obviously very unprofessional

   As ever good quick attentive service Waitress was very engaging, and pleasant. Do feel the prices are a tad expensive don’t really get value for money.

   Food was great but occasion was ruined by the person on the table next to us smoking constantly (6 cigarettes in 30 mins) throughout our entire meal. Staff should have told them to move as they weren’t eating as no one wants to eat with smoke constantly wafting into their face.

   We love this chain and try to visit Hard Rock when we can. To show up on a Friday evening with a family of 7 and be told: no nachos, no soft drinks as advertised (flavoured soft drinks), even though we’d booked in advance, was unimpressive to say the least. Outside tables were clearly free and we were informed they couldn’t accommodate us outside, even though we’d said they could split out tables. No nachos at 8pm, they had run out! Not a good experience.

   Amazing quality American fare. Live the flavors and big portions. Our favorite is the trio BBQ plate of succulent ribs that fall off the bone, chicken and pulled pork. Real American BBQ sauce and slaw. The cheesecake I'd huge light and fluffy and the brownie hit fudge sundae in the bomb made for 2. All the servers and managers are very friendly and serve with a smile. Love lots of ice in drinks that is not a standard on Croatian culture. Great to have 2 different patio experiences and appreciate the AC in the indoor restaurant area. Lovely.

    A lovely meal in a great setting. Service was quick, only draw back was we had to ask for cutlery and napkins.
