Old Town is a major tourist area, so it was a no-brainer to join forces and add our signature Hard Rock style. Surrounded by Medieval walls, Old Town features buildings made from the same wall that’s protected the city forever. As ever good quick attentive service Waitress was very engaging, and pleasant. Do feel the prices are a tad expensive don’t really get value for money.

Food was great but occasion was ruined by the person on the table next to us smoking constantly (6 cigarettes in 30 mins) throughout our entire meal. Staff should have told them to move as they weren’t eating as no one wants to eat with smoke constantly wafting into their face.

We love this chain and try to visit Hard Rock when we can. To show up on a Friday evening with a family of 7 and be told: no nachos, no soft drinks as advertised (flavoured soft drinks), even though we’d booked in advance, was unimpressive to say the least. Outside tables were clearly free and we were informed they couldn’t accommodate us outside, even though we’d said they could split out tables. No nachos at 8pm, they had run out! Not a good experience.

Amazing quality American fare. Live the flavors and big portions. Our favorite is the trio BBQ plate of succulent ribs that fall off the bone, chicken and pulled pork. Real American BBQ sauce and slaw. The cheesecake I'd huge light and fluffy and the brownie hit fudge sundae in the bomb made for 2. All the servers and managers are very friendly and serve with a smile. Love lots of ice in drinks that is not a standard on Croatian culture. Great to have 2 different patio experiences and appreciate the AC in the indoor restaurant area. Lovely.

A lovely meal in a great setting. Service was quick, only draw back was we had to ask for cutlery and napkins.

Location and food were excellent. Service as the restaurant became more full, was really poor and plates not cleared, desert order not taken etc. we had a little one in our party- who was promised a chocolate treat after eating all his tea- and the wait was painful and frustrating.

We visit Rock Hard Cafe whenever we travel. Dubrovnik was no exception. Lovely location, great music and friendly service. Food was good but as with all Hard Rock Cafes now, the options for non meat eaters is limited. Made couple of great purchases in the shop.

Particular praise goes to the how the restaurant dealt with my daughter’s multiple food allergies. The manager came over and reassured us that multiple steps were being taken to avoid cross-contamination.
