The Harcourt Bar and Garden Lounge is Dublin City Centres newest addition, boasting a chic interior with a spacious outdoor garden lounge. With outdoor and indoor areas of all sizes on offer, from booth style seating to lounge and semi-private areas, the HH caters for all events. Whether you’re launching a new product, organising a team night out or celebrating a milestone birthday, we can make yours a memorable one!

We have mouth-watering food on the menu too, with light bites to go along with our premium drinks selection while you catch up with friends or our pizza menu to try with our beer selection while you watch the match.                             Booking not there when we arrived and not 18th wished for my daughter very disappointed. Outdoor area I booked was already booked out

                            The image of the outdoor seating area shown on Open Table did not reflect the actual surroundings we were in. The area was not bright and open and was just an overflow area from the main bar. We were offered a high table to have our meal with two uncomfortable stools, not a table as shown in the photos. We had one drink and left. We did not have a meal as it was very uncomfortable with no atmosphere whatsoever. When I asked the staff why the area was nothing like the description on Open Table I was told we are very busy, that is all we can give you, from what I could see there were no other outdoor dining areas. I would not recommend.

                            The customer service is not on the best level. We booked a table 30 minutes before coming. When we arrived nobody even knew about the booking because all the staff had only printed out papers with the bookings so obviously they were not updated. Also when we got seated the they gave us wrong menu. In general the place is so cool, music was nice, food is worth the money you pay, drinks are also nice, garden place is very beautiful, only customer service needs to be improved

                            I booked this restaurant from its own main website, which automatically takes you to Open Table when you click 'Book Now'. However when I got there a waitress told me I had no booking, and when I showed her proof of my booking she said 'oh we never check Open Table', even though this is what comes up via their own website... The waitress was quite rude and could not have cared less about the problem and said they'd be very busy today due to some football matches... I had booked an indoor table but we were sat at a very uncomfortable hightop table outside. A different waiter who was actually quite helpful let us move seats to a lower table (still outdoors) shortly after this when we asked. Food was nice but the staff overall really weren't great, we ordered cocktails and at one point my friend was literally helping the server shake our cocktails because he just did not seem to know what he was doing, putting the wrong ingredients in etc. Wouldn't recommend this place to a friend given that their booking system just seems completely unorganised, not exactly sure how you are meant to book this place if they don't check the bookings that are done via their own website?

                            DO NOT BOOK on Open table. When we showed up to the restaurant they told us they no longer work with Open table and because of this they had not received our reservation and we had no table. Lively atmosphere in restaurant and a BBQ style menu and set up for weekends in summer.

                            Arrived to be told that open table bookings should not be open online as they were already fully booked. (Not our problem) Slotted into someone else’s table for 1.5 hours which was fine. Given that we were asked to be finished by a certain time, service was appalling and did not help under time constraints. Had to ask for menus after 20 mins and then ask for our order to be taken. Also had to remind staff of our drink and food order as no sign of either. Frustrating to see staff standing idle behind the bar while ourselves and other tables were not being served. Food was good when it did arrive, aider by younger staff starting their shift and being attentive to customers. Overall would not recommend- felt like we were an inconvenience from the second we walked in the door.

                            Seating plan was not available the waitress was looking for the manager said I had the confirmation by email but she said she needed the seating plan, the usual tables reserved for evening to be then told sit anywhere after about 10 minutes . When our starters arrived we had no cutlery had to call the waitress same thing with the mains ordered chocolate fondant and got chocolate delice said to waiter we ordered a chocolate fondant to be told that is our chocolate fondant!!! I think the staff need extra training on menu and floor service it was very poor

                            Having checked that it is accessible, the entrance has two high steps. Furthermore the toilets are on a lower floor accessible by stairs. Food was ok - more batter than fish in the fish & chips. The chips were good, and ready salted. Long wait for desert. Wouldn't return.

                            place was nearly empty and still service was shockingly slow. 30 mins for a drink. 20 mins to bring the cocktail menu, etc
