Afternoon Tea at the Harbour Loft on St Michael’s Mount is the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or complete a visit to this enchanting island. Head Chef Greg Milne has created a menu inspired by fresh Cornish produce to be enjoyed on our unique island setting, with sea views north and the backdrop of the castle to the south.

Precisely-cut sandwiches are accompanied by freshly-baked cakes and pastries; while traditional treats boast creative twists. Choose from an extensive selection of Tregothnan tea or add a little fizz with a glass of sparkling wine, produced in a Cornish vineyard just a stone’s throw from the Mount.

Lovely restaurant for Afternoon Tea on St. Michael’s Mount but location unfortunately didn’t offer views. Staff were friendly and considerate. Felt a little cold as the main door was wide open but otherwise we had a great time. The food was delicious but it felt a little overpriced, however, would recommend for a nice treat.

Absolutely the best Afternoon Tea my husband and I have ever had. I had the vegan option and it was probably the best vegan food I’ve ever had. Worth every single penny. Really loved the experience, food and service was second to none. Highly, highly recommend this experience if you are going to St Michaels Mount.

A lovely way to spend a day. Admission to the island was included in the price. The afternoon tea is well presented and some new and exciting tastes are to be experienced. The staff were pleasant and informative. We would of liked a bit more service at the table. We had to attract the staffs attention to ask for refills of tea. The restaurant itself is quite sterile... Not unpleasant at all... Just not that cozy vibe we would of liked. Overall a great experience and one we would absolutely do again.

Stunning setting, with fabulous food and sparkling wine, what’s not to love about here! Would highly recommend and living in London, as I do, that’s high praise!

Fantastic overall experience. Great location. Reasonable price. Delicious afternoon tea and delightful service. Would highly recommend. Booking in advance is a must.
