Located at Four Embarcadero Center, Harborview Restaurant & Bar serves quintessential Cantonese Cuisine and traditional yet innovative dim sum and banquet menus, with impeccable service in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. With a main dining room seating more than 200, Harborview also features a full bar, patio, private dining and special event space. Harborview is a combination of traditional Cantonese classics and our own original recipes, using the finest ingredients.

    Our waiter was excellent. The food was delicious. The hostess need some training. Overall we enjoyed it.

    We celebrated CNY early with family and friends. The food and service was excellent! It was bustling on a Sunday and we had reservations, thank goodness. It was pricey but that was to be expected. The restaurant was on the higher end. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent service. It was the best turnip cake and wu gok we ever had. Can't wait to go again!

    Best place in the city. The Peking duck is a must-have, as well as nearly every dish on the menu.

    Large noisy restaurant with good view. Fun experience but you can't be in a hurry.

    Harborview has become an annual tradition for us. We always feel so well taken care of. At the same time, service is quick and kind. Food is delicious, arrives hot, and the menu has something for everyone from the most spice or meat avoidant to the adventurous or traditional. Can’t wait for our next visit!

    The dim sum was 5 star but we ordered many dishes from the kitchen and they were all mediocre (and expensive). I reserved for 1:30 and was disappointed to be told at 1:40 that the kitchen was closing at 2:00 so we had to order immediately. The room was very loud.

    We dined at this restaurant to celebrate a belated birthday last Friday. Our reservation was at 12 noon. I requested a table by the window. I was told that it was first come first served and the group must be complete. We arrived on time and the hostess said the tables by the window were full. We walked in with the hostess and we saw an empty table by the window. We were told it was taken and there was a jacket behind chair. She said the person was picking up someone outside. My friends & I looked at each other puzzled. We got our table for 5. We noticed the same table was still empty for 20 minutes & then 2 men came. The others started coming in for more than 1/2 hour. On the way to the restroom, I told this issue to the receptionist & mentioned about their policy. The woman just ignored me. We ordered varieties of dimsum, Chinese Broccoli & Beef Chowfun. The Chinese broccoli with sauce was salty. My friends said the food was a mediocre. The staff was fast in clearing our table. The female server did not offer dessert if we would like any and instead just dropped the bill on the table. My friends said they did not ask for the bill yet. Another staff cleared more plates & I said we were still drinking our tea. The female server came & took the cash money without asking if there was any change needed & no courtesy of even saying “thank you”. My friends & I had been at this restaurant at different occasions separately. Everything was changed from their service & food. Yes the ambiance was nice but just very noisy. It was so hard to talk to each other. We were disappointed with the service as we felt being rushed. Dimsum was okay. We thought with the ambiance, the food and service will be A plus but we are not considering of returning.

    Our favorite Chinese restaurant in the city! The Peking Duck is a must, and the pork buns are the best in town! We always look forward to events that give us the chance to eat here. Great, attentive staff, expertly planned menu, delicious menu items, and great views!

    The service was excellent. The space is nice. The dishes are tasty, The portions are small and the prices very high. They don’t serve a large bowl of soup to share. If you want soup it comes in a small cup wit 2 wontons and is $7 each. Ridiculous.
