Milwaukee’s premier lakefront dining destination, Harbor House is a bright, spacious New England-style seafood restaurant on the shore of Lake Michigan. With picturesque lake views, guests will be taken on a journey through New England with its reimagined menu, including a variety of dishes from Cape Cod, Nantucket, New Bedford, Martha’s Vineyard, Newport, and Boston.

Reservations are recommended, and we have a 15-minute grace period, so please call us if you are running late.
It's important to note that patio reservations are for outdoors only and we cannot guarantee indoor seating upon inclement weather.

It was a beautiful evening and despite a little trouble getting close to the restaurant because a presidential candidate was visiting nearby, we loved the view of the lake and all the pleasant staff greetings us. We had seen the restaurant on Top Chef and knew it was not to be missed while on our Top Chef/Frank Lloyd Wright inspired trip to Wisconsin. Fabulous food in a beautiful, relaxed setting. It was perfect for our anniversary.

Went to dinner w some friends and had a terrific meal. The new menu has come out and it doesnt disappoint. Three of us had the black cod and it was so tender and just melted in your mouth. My friend ordered the branzino fish and said that it was so good!!! Beautiful views with delicious food- what more could you want from a restaurant!!!!

What isn’t to love at this amazing place….perfect location, stunning views & delicious food. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here & enjoyed every second….highly recommend!

The prices have gone up considerably in the last few years- at least 20% and the quantity of the food (like the calamari appetizer) had shrunk a lot. It’s disconcerting that there’s that much change in such a short period of time.

Absolutely best in class service provided from the moment we stepped up to the hostess stand. W There was a delay in being able to be seated, which was no big deal. The wait staff were attentive, friendly. The food terrific. We brought along family from the East Coast and they were wildly impressed. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent service and the view can’t be beat! The restaurant was not full and it was is a bit loud. Kate our waitress was excellent. Definitely going back for the mussels and octopus.
