Milwaukee’s premier lakefront dining destination, Harbor House is a bright, spacious New England-style seafood restaurant on the shore of Lake Michigan. With picturesque lake views, guests will be taken on a journey through New England with its reimagined menu, including a variety of dishes from Cape Cod, Nantucket, New Bedford, Martha’s Vineyard, Newport, and Boston.

Reservations are recommended, and we have a 15-minute grace period, so please call us if you are running late.
It's important to note that patio reservations are for outdoors only and we cannot guarantee indoor seating upon inclement weather.

Have been going to the Harbor House for many years!!! Love everything about it!!! Due to the economy, prices are too much! Hope the world gets back to normal!! Will still go back! All the employees were amazing!!! ❤️

I've been to Harbor House twice this year and really need to go more often. Service is outstanding - Very friendly greeting when you arrive and a great wait staff - shout out to Billy and Crystal on my Mother's Day Visit and Maddy and Jon who waited on us yesterday. We went for Oyster fest and the great white oysters were especially delicious. I tried a new appetizer - Lobster Avocado Toast - with a side of greens - absolutely delicious and frankly I could have made this my entree given the portion size. Scallops, Skate Wing Fish and Key Lime pay were all delicious. As were the sides that came with your meals, super smooth potatoes and wonderful fresh green beans, etx. Wonderful place for brunch - highly recommend.

Harbor House is a go - to for an evening when I'm craving seafood, nice ambiance, and a delicious espresso martini! Had crab legs that were tender, and oysters that were awesome! I love the energy/ambiance at Harbor House and the knowledgeable staff. It always starts at the entrance with the welcoming hostess who last night was so friendly and pleasant! Others in my party had the sword fish, and rated it excellent, the chicken and and also excellent and another crab leg dinner, excellent! Can't forget the bread basket and butter too!

Amazing oysters nicely paired with a white wine. Main course and service were top tier as usual. A go to for us.

Loved our whole experience. The young man in the bar made us feel comfortable for 2 hours before our table was ready. Great drinks, great view. Dining room also good.

As a man who doesn’t even eat fish, the black cod was outstanding! I will be back for the lobster my significant other had!

We went for lunch on a Friday. The employees are very friendly and we were given a great table. The pork belly appetizer was very good as was the clam chowder. I ordered the Sam Adams beer battered seafood. The $25 portion was more than enough. One huge shrimp, one piece of cod and two scallops in a light more like tempura batter. The fries were to die for ! Thin flat cross between potato chip and French fry. Husband chose the chopped wedge salad and it was also very good. Great lunch !
