   Since first coming to Happy and Olive, I have always enjoyed the food, service and friendly atmosphere. It is one of my favourite places to dine in Edmonton. Thank you.

   This is our favourite place for lunch and dinner. Frank and his staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive with good humour. They were particularly accommodating and kind for my takeout orders during a difficult time in January The food is excellent, good selection of wine and a comfortable atmosphere. The salad with beets, potato latke with smoked salmon, gnocchi, steak entree are fabulous! Baked goods are from Brio and the chocolate dessert is the only one we’ve tried and not to be missed. A wonderful neighbourhood spot - wished you had a location in Vancouver, where I live….

   Happy and Olive is Edmonton's best kept secret. Don't tell your friends, I always want to be able to get it and eat beautifully cared for and unpretentious meals with an delicious cocktail or glass of wine.

   Our server was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with food choices given my allergies. She was the best server I’ve ever experienced.

   We have been wanting to try this place for so long! It’s just the perfect place for brunch! So bright, friendly staff, a vibrant room and yet not loud. Amazing food! I was so full, but couldn’t leave a crumb on my plate because it was too delicious. Perhaps the best chai latte I’ve ever had! We will be back. Thank you happy and olive!    Portion for the special of the day was minimal and sparse for the price. The food was tasty. Service also was spotty. Had to repeat requests for condiments and dessert choices as they were forgotten by our server. Not the optimal experience I had anticipated. 😕

   We had a lovely brunch at Happy and Olive. They had a great high chair for our baby and they were super accommodating to her needs. The food was very good, very fresh. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. The change table in the bathroom was 10/10. Great experience all around.

   Our girls night was fabulous!! It felt like we were invited into the home of friends! The hostess and server were beyond amazing! Felt like we’d known them for years…I think we’d be friends with them outside of this restaurant! The food was spectacular! Heated olives were delicious, had to order a second order of the bread it disappeared immediately! I ordered the cod special and it was fabulous! It was served on top of grilled pineapple with tahini and the flavours exploded! This place is my next night out restaurant when I’m in Edmonton!! Highly recommend! ❤️

    There is a reason why Happy & Olive is a neighborhood favorite! Andrea's welcome is always warm and genuine, the food is always outstanding, and the service is always friendly and efficient. Thanks for a lovely meal!
