Le nom Hapa est dérivé du terme hawaïen qui décrit un mélange harmonieux de cultures asiatiques et américaines. Comme son nom, sa nourriture reflète cette combinaison dynamique. Le menu est basé sur les principes fondamentaux de cuisson traditionnelle japonaise qui sont ensuite amplifiés ou mélangés à des influences de différents styles de cuisine jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent complètement nouveau: ils sont Hapa. Hapa a étendu les limites de la créativité pour développer des plats qui défient toutes les règles tout en restant fidèle à ses racines. Hapa has been my favorite sushi in Denver for years and their new menu has exceeded my expectations!! The Big Kahuna Roll and Crispy Rice were definitely our favorites but we loved everything. Can’t wait to come back and try more!!

One of the best sushi places in Colorado. The selection and quality is present in the presentation and taste.

This was our first visit to Hapa. The greeting host was super friendly. Our server Heather was outstanding and went above and beyond for me and my team. The food was exceptional. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations! Would most definitely recommend!!

The food was very over priced for what you got. We didn't get some of the items we ordered and the sushi quality was the same you'd find on a grocery store shelf. One of the bowls we ordered forgot the sauce so it was very dry and it took 20 mins to get the sauce that was requested.

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience as our lunch service was extremely slow for our party of 5. We sat promptly for our 12p reservation but didn't receive water glasses until 12:20p. Additionally our food didn't come for quite a bit longer and then we still had to wait for the final person (me) to get my teriyaki salmon bowl. Then it took a long time for the server to come back and process payment for our bill. What was supposed to be a 1-hr lunch turn into 1.5-hr lunch which caused us to be 30-minutes late for our team meeting back in the office. The food was good but the service was poor. I'm not sure if the server's area was overloaded with tables and he didn't have any help or if the kitchen was just slow. But it really put a damper on our workday because we had to cut some important discussion short because we got off of our agenda timeline. So I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you have time constraints.

Everything was wonderful but the soft shell crab roll was terrible. The oil was dirty. It was over fried and there was fake crab in the roll.
