Staff kept cutting between our table and the next to get to the front faster, almost got bumped into multiple times during our meal. I would recommend that the servers not pass between those table while guest are sitting there.

Hapa Sushi at Greenwood Village is a fantastic spot for sushi lovers. The sashimi is incredibly fresh, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that speaks to the high quality of the seafood. Hapa Sushi has been a favorite go to in our family for a dozen years. Now my 2 sons are foodies living and working in NYC and London and still when they come home one of our first stops is HS. They and my husband adore sushi, I sadly don’t eat sushi (seaweed and aoli aversion and a very small mouth) but I am always so happy to go because I love the chicken katsu dinner. I give the rice to my boys and the satisfying crunch on the chicken paired with the fresh variety of vegetables with the unusually tasty soy based dipping sauce is a perfect favorite meal for me. Often, it is my only meal of my day and is perfectly nutritious balanced and flavorful. Sometimes when my boys are particularly hungry they’ll opt for it also instead of sushi. All this to say we were all devastated to see it’s been eliminated from your new menu. They made if for me last night but was significantly less appealing without the fresh simple variety of vegetables instead of miso?? Broccoli and oyster mushrooms which doesn’t pair well at all. Hoping you'll reconsider so that we can continue coming. I appreciate your new offerings but for non sushi eaters this was a standout special meal.

We had this older Asian waiter he was so rude ! He kept saying he would be back if we even took a glance at the menu again?!? It was my friends birthday celebration and we didn’t even say anything about it because he never gave us a chance to talk half the time. At one point he even said in a very sarcastic tone is there anything else ?!!! We had asked for a few things prior but again what is the issue with us asking for things we need ?!? We felt like every time he came our way it was a bother for him. This by far was the worse experience I have had !
