I had higher hopes going into our dinner, but was very let down by the experience overall. Our waitress was lovely. She took our orders relatively quickly - but had us order our while meal which always makes me nervous the food could come out all together, but I was very wrong there. We probably waited a good 45 minutes for our appetizers, which were tasty, but nothing special. Then our entrees took another 45 after we finished eating. I felt like our sides were on the colder side, like they had been waiting for someone to run the food for a while. I had ordered a filet, which was good and cooked to the correct temp, but I never received a proper knife to cut the steak with and struggled through with my butter knife. I wouldn't have been as disappointed if it weren't for the price point of the restaurant. For the prices being charged, you expect the service of a higher class steak-house, but the timing and ambience wasn't there. The live music and TVs in the corner drove down the class of the place in my opinion, but was good entertainment when it took forever to get our food. Overall just an OK experience, but really wanted it to be better.

My husband and I have been here before and couldn’t wait to go back. His order was a plain chicken sandwich with cheese only. When they brought his sandwich, it had everything on it- a chicken blt sandwich. The restaurant remade his sandwich, but this time, the sandwich still had the avocado aioli. He’s a ‘picky’ eater and can’t just scrape the aioli off. He didn’t bother sending it back again. My ribeye was great, but when a restaurant can’t make a plain chicken sandwich on the first two tries, it puts a damper on a good night out. Our bill was over $200 with the tip.

William our server was a very well spoken, intelligent gentleman who knew the business. We never waited for anything, he would greet us at the appropriate times and he was able to guide us on the menu. The food was spectacular and the music was just the right level for the environment. Thank you to William and Hand Cut for making our last night enjoyable.
