The service was substandard. We sat at the table for 25 minutes before getting our drink orders taken, and even then it was because we complained at the bar. It was an hour before the waiter was taking our food order. If it had not been for the company I was with, I would have left. The restaurant was not busy, as it was 8pm on a Wednesday. There were plenty of staff walking around looking “busy” but none of them were actually doing anything. The food was decent but due to the poor service, I will not be returning.

Literally never a bad time here. Even if it takes a minute to get to the table. Drinks are amazing. Thurston is the most amazing chef (literally. Please ask for him so you know) Yoshi and Leilani are absolutely phenomenal servers! Food is always amazing!!

If you want good Hibachi this is not your place. The chief was either not good at his job or it was literally his first day. The ship was over seasoned with lemon juice. Sushi roll was over priced for quality. Meal was not what we were hoping for.

I was a bit worried when I walked in. The place was pretty empty. Even still, it took quite a while for the waitress to come to the table and then even longer to get a glass of wine. My expectations at that point were pretty low. I didn’t think the “presentation” from the cook was very impressive either, but the food was delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Huge portions too. Maybe the service was a one time thing. I will look past the service and try to again since the food definitely was worth it.

Made reservations, once seated, still waited FOREVER at the restaurant which seemed a little bizarre and unusual considering this is a frequent spot for me. But, gotta give it to the chef, kept us entertained and the food was top-notch. So, even with the wait, it was worth it for a tasty meal and some laughs.
