Server was distracted Spilled water on our table while we were eating and didn’t clean it up-at times looking at other tables while speaking to us. The others on his team were attentive and engaged m. Food, as always, amazing

I was disappointed with the level of service from Boris. I feel that he could have been more attentive and ask if my table needed refills. I had to ask twice for your staff to clear the table when more food would come. Glasses also collected as they weren’t being picked up. He could have also asked if anyone wanted coffee or something else with desserts. It just fell short. I doubt I will ever return. I do however enjoy Doris Metropolitan. I feel that because gratuity had been included for the party of six that I just got basic bare minimum service. Not worth the 20% tip. I certainly didn’t see Boris more than a few times. The manager on duty was very nice and helpful.

We had an outstanding experience last night. Our server, Rachel, did an amazing job! She was friendly, attentive, and professional. Could not have asked for a better server to take care of our special occasion. The manager, Michelle, was also on top of everything. The food and entertainment were great also. We will be back and will certainly ask for Rachel again!

The $25 3-course lunch was an excellent value. The Baba Ghanoush and Lamb Hummus were delicious. The cocktails were good. We were grateful we sat in the bar area, which was a bit quieter than the dining room. Service could have been a bit faster, especially since it was lunchtime. We will definitely dine at Hamsa again.

Service needs to compliment the food. Lags big time. And it is a shame for the cooks who are doing such good work

I always love their food. So fresh and healthy with lots of vegetable choices. The outside tables are wonderful when the weather is nice. We had a great server last night

Front of house was excellent. Our waiter was ok but not great. Food portions were tiny. Octopus entree was one small arm, and the pork chops hardly had any meat on them.

We dined with Hamsa for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience. We felt very welcomed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to seat us outside on a beautiful evening though are reservation was for indoors. The cocktails and food/ presentation was amazing. Will definitely be back.
