King William location is worth the money, this location is not! $70 bill and no salt on the fries, poutine, or onion rings. Like seriously, we inspected it and could not find a single salt grain! My sister said her burger was good but had an upset stomach later. The onion rings come with the smallest amount of sauce, by the 3rd ring it was gone and my sister said the onion rings were so close to generally being raw. Cant forget that I had to get up from the patio, wait at the frontdesk 3 seperate times, and ASK to be served, ASK for utensils+napkins+side plate, and ASK for salt. When I asked for utensils the host said "oh your waiter will bring that out when the food comes" and she already began walking away, I had to speak up again and say "Uh no the food came five minutes ago..." and thats when she actually looked up at my face during the conversation.... I want to note there was only 5-ish tables occupied, We (2) were the only one on the patio. So they cant blame it on "being busy!!". Its hard having an opinion on a waiter that was very absent, lets just say when I told my friend I tipped $4, he was generally mad and said I should have gave them nothing because it sounds horrible. Also it was my birthday dinner, and I wrote that on the reservation, no one mentioned it and it made no difference, or maybe they decided to ruin it on purpose and give me the most emotionless waiter possible, I wanted a milkshake but by the end of it; I refuse to spend one more dollar at this location. NEVER AGAIN I didnt know it was possible to feel unwanted in a near empty restaurant, I only went here because I assumed the King William location would be busy on Canadas Day. I completely understand why there was only five tables occupied now lol. Go if you want to, Dont go if you want a guaranteed nice lunch/dinner, this location does not guarantee, King william location does and has never let me down!Even on their busy nights. couldNOT finish the food, brought it home, felt unwanted

Great place to get a burger and beer. Fun atmosphere. Very casual. Nice selection of burgers, sides, and drinks. Competitive prices. Good spot to go before a Tiger-Cats' football game.

When the staff member working at the front noticed that my mum walks with a cane, she went out of her way to move our reservation to a table on the ground floor. The food was great as always.

This was our second visit to Hambrgr Crown Point on Ottawa street. We came back as our first experience was excellent! This time however, was disappointing. The food quality is OUTSTANDING, I need to highlight this..! The quality and value are definitely there but the service was horrendous. Being a waitress in the past, I can appreciate that sometimes things get hectic but the complete and utter lack of service was off putting. We waited over 1/2 hour with menus just to put in a drink order, after our food came, we had to flag our waitress down for drink refills. Once we were done, she came to ask if we wanted boxes to which we replied no, she then left without clearing any of the dishes and what have you from our table, came back again at which point we ordered milkshakes, and again she left without clearing the table or asking about drink refills. When she finally returned with our milkshakes, she still didn’t clear our dinner dishes. We had to flag her down again to get our bill and at that point we were over it. There was no quality check, drink refill (aside from the one we flagged down and asked for), no plate clearing, or approach of bill. Left something to be desired….

Party of 5 for a birthday dinner upstairs yesterday was outta the park! Fantastic food, fabulous wait staff, (Stephanie), amazing ambiance and incredible noise level!!! We could actually hear each other!!! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for such an awesome experience!!!!
