Maybe I’m getting old but having the music too loud along with a table beside you who may be extra loud makes it difficult to have a conversation at your own table. We didn’t come to dance, we came to eat and talk with our dinner companions.

This was our second time visiting this location and we were not disappointed. The staff does a great job and the food is dynamite. Everything we tried was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Came during opening hours. Service was good but nothing to write home about. Food was good but fries were definitely over-salted. Smash burger was great!

Went with a buddy before the Tiger-Cats’ game. Great atmosphere, burger choices, side choices, and beer selection. We both had the Hawaiian Punch burger. We both give it two thumbs up. Our sever, Stephanie, was friendly and attentive. We will go again!

King William location is worth the money, this location is not! $70 bill and no salt on the fries, poutine, or onion rings. Like seriously, we inspected it and could not find a single salt grain! My sister said her burger was good but had an upset stomach later. The onion rings come with the smallest amount of sauce, by the 3rd ring it was gone and my sister said the onion rings were so close to generally being raw. Cant forget that I had to get up from the patio, wait at the frontdesk 3 seperate times, and ASK to be served, ASK for utensils+napkins+side plate, and ASK for salt. When I asked for utensils the host said "oh your waiter will bring that out when the food comes" and she already began walking away, I had to speak up again and say "Uh no the food came five minutes ago..." and thats when she actually looked up at my face during the conversation.... I want to note there was only 5-ish tables occupied, We (2) were the only one on the patio. So they cant blame it on "being busy!!". Its hard having an opinion on a waiter that was very absent, lets just say when I told my friend I tipped $4, he was generally mad and said I should have gave them nothing because it sounds horrible. Also it was my birthday dinner, and I wrote that on the reservation, no one mentioned it and it made no difference, or maybe they decided to ruin it on purpose and give me the most emotionless waiter possible, I wanted a milkshake but by the end of it; I refuse to spend one more dollar at this location. NEVER AGAIN I didnt know it was possible to feel unwanted in a near empty restaurant, I only went here because I assumed the King William location would be busy on Canadas Day. I completely understand why there was only five tables occupied now lol. Go if you want to, Dont go if you want a guaranteed nice lunch/dinner, this location does not guarantee, King william location does and has never let me down!Even on their busy nights. couldNOT finish the food, brought it home, felt unwanted

This is our second time dining at the HAMBRGR Crown Point, and we prefer it to the Downtown location. The food is amazing - seriously, THE best takeout burgers we have ever had! The El Diablo and Dirty Bird are our go to orders, and while they do not have a formal kid's menu, we order the chicken fingers for our toddler. And you cannot go wrong with any of the milkshakes. Just a few suggestions: 1. You do get more bang for your buck when you order a milkshake to go (the takeout cup is bigger) 2. The main floor bathroom needs more regular cleaning
