Le Hakkasan à Fontainebleau propose des classiques cantonais traditionnels et des spécialités de la maison réinterprétées pour un palais contemporain, non-conventionnel. This is an outstanding dining experience,which we have enjoyed many times. However we may not return due to the inefficient parking system of the location. In order to retrieve your car you must walk to the opposite end of the hotel, where there can be along wait for the vehicle. Last evening the hotel was not busy , and the restaurant hostess was kind enough to call ahead for our car . We had a thirty minute wait while other customers, arriving after us, received their vehicles before we did . This is not the way to end a wonderful dining experience.

Hakkasan is always on my list when in Miami, this time we were there on a Tuesday night, which is pretty slow, service as always top notch. Definitely recommending boneless ribs, dim sums, crispy coconut shrimp, honey glazed chilean sea bass and dessert.. oh my god their desserts are out of this world !!! just don’t forget if you are parked with your own car and not a guest of the hotel, make sure to validate your parked car ticket, otherwise you will be charged $50+ vs $16

Every time we visit Miami Hakkasan is the first restaurant that we have a wonderful dinner at. Last night we tried a different dish for us the udon noodles with duck and it was delicious and an old standby that we love, which is the shrimp fried rice and the cocktails as always were amazing. Ken was our server and he did a great job. Will be back many many more times to come
