Le Hakkasan à Fontainebleau propose des classiques cantonais traditionnels et des spécialités de la maison réinterprétées pour un palais contemporain, non-conventionnel. Pour compléter la carte des vins, il y a un droit de bouchon de 30 USD, soit environ 40 CAD (750 ml) pour deux bouteilles et de 70 USD, soit environ 92,50 CAD pour toute bouteille supplémentaire (750 ml).

Overpriced and over-rated! 5 appetizers and two glasses of wine (not Coravin either)... $450 later!! Of course includes the mandatory gratuity that's on every restaurant bill at this property! And nothing was spectacular as you would have expected. Very disappointed in all the dining services at the Fontainebleau, and certainly would not recommend, even if staying at the hotel.

Amazing and attentive service, fabulously-tasting and nicely-presented food, and a great ambiance throughout make for a great dinner experience. Hakkasan doesn’t fail to please and it’s particularly evident at this one. Highly recommend.

Ken our server was amazing. Good was good. Ambiance was good. If it was not for the extremely loud and annoying table that sat next to us it would have been an overall great evening

I always go to Hakkasan for my birthday. Love the food and cocktails. Our waiter Gil was outstanding, very professional. My husband commented that it is the best restaurant in Miami.

The food was excellent. We had the Miami spice menu and it was great. We added the sea bass which was delicious. The food and the presentation were phenomenal and Bruno our server was spectacular. The experience was awesome.
