Hotpot is one of the most signature Chinese cuisines that has been enjoyed for centuries. It is a communal meal where a pot of simmering broth is placed in the centre of the table, and diners can choose from a wide range of ingredients, such as thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and noodles to cook in their chosen flavour of the broth. After which, diners can savour the cooked food in customisable dipping sauces and seasonings.

    Absolutely incredible. The broths are packed with flavour and the dipping food delicious. It was such a great experience. We loved everything about it and will be back soon. If you appreciate flavour and good hospitality then you must go

    I prefer the Haidilao at the O2 because the service level provided by RuRu is superior! RuRu is very cheerful, attentive, and helpful. As far as food goes, the dishes at Haidilao are fresh and always high quality.

    Wasn’t allocated a seat after event finished, what’s the point of this booking then? They should be very well aware of what is going on with the concert but eventually no. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

    Great food and loved the place. Nicole gave us great service and always came back to tidy our table and refill our water. She then gave us freebies at the end.

    I had so much fun. Amazing value for money, I only spent £28 and I got 2 hours of soupy joy. And I got a free goodie bag.

    We had a great experience at the Haidilao O2. Staff was really nice and patient. Half of us were late, but they kept the reservation. The food was great.

    First time we tried the hotpot, nice experience, our waitress (Tatiana?) was excellent and attentive to our requests, explaining everything in detail. We will definitely be back !!
