Hotpot is one of the most signature Chinese cuisines that has been enjoyed for centuries. It is a communal meal where a pot of simmering broth is placed in the centre of the table, and diners can choose from a wide range of ingredients, such as thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and noodles to cook in their chosen flavour of the broth. After which, diners can savour the cooked food in customisable dipping sauces and seasonings.

    What can I say! My first experience and it was INCREDIBLE! I've not shut up about it to friends and colleagues since! The service was impeccable, I celebrated a birthday and the staff went out of their way! The food... perfect!! If you're a first timer I recommend choosing 2 different soup bases, one spicy and one mild and definitely get the thinly sliced pork!!

    It is a lovely place. It was my first time trying Japanese food, and I thought it was quite nice, but the experience was made by the food and the staff.

    Haidilao was an amazing option for dinner. The waiting staff were very attentive, the food was AMAZING and very good vibes! I would highly recommend this restaurant as it has a wide menu and a great atmosphere ☺️

    I love this restaurant. I've been many times and it's always a great experience. My only suggestion would be to offer more alcoholic drinks, e.g. wine by the glass, cider, cocktails.

    The service was good but the portion is little and expensive. Not clean as well, saw some flies over the sauce area.

    Absolutely incredible. The broths are packed with flavour and the dipping food delicious. It was such a great experience. We loved everything about it and will be back soon. If you appreciate flavour and good hospitality then you must go

    I prefer the Haidilao at the O2 because the service level provided by RuRu is superior! RuRu is very cheerful, attentive, and helpful. As far as food goes, the dishes at Haidilao are fresh and always high quality.

    Wasn’t allocated a seat after event finished, what’s the point of this booking then? They should be very well aware of what is going on with the concert but eventually no. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
