Hotpot is one of the most signature Chinese cuisines that has been enjoyed for centuries. It is a communal meal where a pot of simmering broth is placed in the centre of the table, and diners can choose from a wide range of ingredients, such as thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and noodles to cook in their chosen flavour of the broth. After which, diners can savour the cooked food in customisable dipping sauces and seasonings.

    The Manager, Happy Yu was very lovely and friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere while eating there. Will go back again !

    The experience was exceptional, with attentive service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration memorable, creating a perfect blend of warmth and culinary delight. We highly recommend Haidilao for special occasions and look forward to returning for more memorable moments.

    We had booked a table for 2pm, got there at 1:45pm. Was in a queue for 15 minutes, didn’t help that people kept pushing in the front of the line. So by the time I got to the front our table had gone. Then had to wait another 45min for a table. I had booked for 5 people but was seated at a table for 4, so one person had to sit on a stool at the end of the table. The robot that serves kept bumping into them. Our table was right underneath a speaker so was very loud. Felt like even though we had booked, we was given the wrong table.

    Restaurant was really busy. We had booked for 5pm but were told to come back in 30 mins, we decided luckily to wait in the foyer and was then called to our table at 5.10, so not sure why we were told to come back later. Apart from that food and service were excellent and we will definitely come again.

    1st Nov and 19th Dec are my husband and my son’ birthday. I expected your staff sang the happy birthday to them. However, nothing happened for twice. Sad.

    This was our 4th visit to Haiilao, and each time it keeps improving. The service from the person who served us was beyond what was expected, and ensured that all our needs were attended to, even brought us several dishes to help us enjoy the meal even more. The range of food was excellent and my wife who is a vegan, loves it here as they have a large vegan range of ingrediants to cook, one thing to tell them is if you are vegan/vegiterian, is to tell them when they ask about allergies. The server brough us some complimentary ground beef to eat, not her fault, as she did not know and you can't fault this. Also the amount of food we had filled the table and the two shelves which are on the table and the cost was very reasonable, rice and noodles are less than a pound and they even make them at your table if you want them too. We are already looking forward to our next visit here
