Hacienda San Angel Gourmet offers a breathtakingly elegant and scenic setting, ideal for romantic dinners and special celebrations. Our full-service roof-top restaurant creates memorable upscale Mexican and international meals. DRESS CODE in place is to maintain a fine dining experience. Shirt collars are required; flip flops, tennis shoes, t-shirts, tank tops and beachwear are not permitted.

Experience live mariachi bands up to four evenings each week during the off-season and six nights a week during the high season.

Indulge in unforgettable upscale Mexican and international cuisine at our rooftop restaurant, where full-service dining is provided.

CHILDREN 4 yrs and younger are not allowed. This venue is not suitable for young children.
2 HOUR table limit for 6pm & 6:30pm reservations for parties of 4 or less however we have an area for you to enjoy music and drinks after your dinner if you are not ready to leave.

Our expectations were high for our anniversary celebration. Being from the New York area, we were quite disappointed with the crispy calamari and house salad. The shrimp and scallop entree with angel hair pasta was quite good. The servers were all excellent and attentive.

Our servers, Alberto (?) and Oscar were attentive, pleasant, and welcoming. We shared an upscale bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday, and they served it with due respect. Our salads were crisp and tasty, and our entrees top notch. I ordered the short rib and Linda the sea bass. Both were beautifully done. She couldn’t finish the hefty fish portion, so we took the rest (along with snappy steamed veggies) para llevar. Reheated for lunch, the sea bass was still awesome. Really a lovely dining experience.

I see that you did not feel you receive value for your peso and I am sorry for that. The prices reflect the imported dinnerware, handmade linens, custom tailored uniforms, high quality food products and hopefully excellent service. The overhead is here is high so we are definitely not a cheap Mexican date. I do appreciate you gave us a try and the lovely review that you gave us. Wishing your wife a wonderful new year of life!

Our favorite stop during each visit to Puerta Vallarta! We always bring guests that visit to this restaurant as the service is always impeccable and the food scrumptious! Our waiter Arturo was wonderful and made our experience all the more delightful!

This is a really nice place for a celebration of nice dinner with friends. The courtyard is beautiful. You have to ring a bell attached to a rope to get in which is awesome. The balcony overlooks the town and even if it's rainy they have windows that slide allowing you to still enjoy the view and dinner during a storm. Service is impeccable and the menu is diverse enough to make everyone happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant as one of the top experiences in PV.

We love visiting Hacienda San Angel every time we come to visit Puerto Vallarta, the food is delicious the service is wonderful as always, our server Raul, was attentive to detail and was very kind. Definitely recommend to others, if you want live Mariachi, and a romantic setting, this is the place for you.

Raul was amazing. This is the best service I've had in a long time. Very very personable and attentive. It was the little things. Replacing every bit of silver, guiding us through the menu, and just the overall conversation. I emphasize Raul was phenomenal but the whole staff was really amazing.
