Hacienda San Angel Gourmet offers a breathtakingly elegant and scenic setting, ideal for romantic dinners and special celebrations. Our full-service roof-top restaurant creates memorable upscale Mexican and international meals. DRESS CODE in place is to maintain a fine dining experience. Shirt collars are required; flip flops, tennis shoes, t-shirts, tank tops and beachwear are not permitted.

Experience live mariachi bands up to four evenings each week during the off-season and six nights a week during the high season.

Indulge in unforgettable upscale Mexican and international cuisine at our rooftop restaurant, where full-service dining is provided.

CHILDREN 4 yrs and younger are not allowed. This venue is not suitable for young children.
2 HOUR table limit for 6pm & 6:30pm reservations for parties of 4 or less however we have an area for you to enjoy music and drinks after your dinner if you are not ready to leave.

The food was excellent as was the service. The mariachi’s were Unbelievably good . Thanks for a great experience in a lovely roof top setting! The sunset was to die for!

Our waiter Marco was fantastic, service was a 10+. Band was wonderful and view was spectacular. We brought friends for their 1st and they had a lovely time. Thank you. Highly recommend 💕

The location is beautiful. Food was excellent and the service was superb. We go every year at Thanksgiving when in Mexico. A very special evening!

I have dined here countless times all before the Michelin sign went up. I found my most recent visit less satisfying on a few levels. The bell was missing from the front door and we stood outside for 10 minutes knocking and saying “HOLA?” Before someone finally let us in. Not a good start. When asked for both still and sparkling water, the server poured them both in the same glass. ( !?) . The mariachi band was not even close to being great. They were not really even mediocre. I tried to give my credit card to the waiter when my son was in the men’s room, to eliminate a discussion on who pays the bill. The server was totally confused and just could not grasp the concept, which is not that complicated. The food was good. The environment is still gorgeous. But overall it was a little disappointing this time. I hope they get the details (and music) fine tuned.

I am genuinely sorry you had such a negative experience. Unfortunately our staff was confused for some reason and thought they were doing what you wanted; they are asked all kinds of unexpected things and do not question a guest request (language?). Our bell rope broke an hour before & staff tried to stay on top of the door at a busy time. I checked my camera as 10 minutes is unforgivable no matter what, and your wait was 4 minutes which probably felt like 10. It seems Murphy's Law was operating when you arrived. Again, I am so very sorry. The Mariachi are the same for 3 years now & well loved, so I have no idea what was different. Lastly, FYI, the Michelin key is for the hotel and the restaurant has not received Michelin stars though it is a goal of ours to accomplish one day.

We’ve been here before and tonight’s experience was again 5 star. And the amazing views and restaurant decor only added to our joy. Everything we tried has been delicious. You can’t go wrong here.

Perfection! The service, food, decor, and music are all so enjoyable. Our server, Raul, was the best! He added to our enjoyment of the evening. Our cocktails were so good! The stuffed poblano pepper was delicious, as well as the fillet. And the view and music all up to a great evening.
