I reserved for a party of 15 on 09/28 at 7:30 PM. I was well informed of the consumption required to keep the table for more than 2 hours, $100 pp. I acknowledged & agreed days before my reservation. Never was that an issue! Walked up to the retaurant & being told I had a 2-hour limit was my 1st problem. Plans were to stay the entire night & spend well over $1500. The nasty demeanor of the employees towards customers changed that intention for me & my guests. Visiting an establishment that is trying to have an “upscale” reputation, should not train staff to recite this consumption min 3-4 times. The waitress at our table also had the audacity to walk over to me with the tablet every time one of my guests would close their tab to show me the balance that remained. She did this about 3 times. Very distasteful & not classy at all. Very TACKY! A few friends arrived later in the evening & one of my friends dressed well wearing jeans, a shimmery shirt & solid black sneakers was denied entry.The hostess told my sister-in-law in a very derogatory manner, “Those shoes are unacceptable, & she cannot come in.” Interesting because our cousin & her guests walked in minutes prior & half of them were wearing sneakers. Many people were wearing sneakers. Very calm my husband tried to reason with the employees and explain that we have guests inside wearing sneakers, but the staff in this establishment is unbearable. He asked for the manager, & when she arrived, she stated that it was not the shoes. It was her outfit. Quite convenient considering additional customers were being allowed to walk in with sneakers right at that moment. I walked over to find my friend crying! Crying because it wasn’t her shoes. It wasn’t even her clothes, she was very well put together. They judged her & made her feel very uncomfortable & out of place because of the way she looked, not what she wore. That’s disgusting & unacceptable! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!

Great Place to eat have drinks and enjoy a great evening with a live band and karaoke. Food is very good, service is outstanding. Our hostess MariaFernanda is AMAZING!!! very profesional, very sweet, very patience with us. We were a group of 12. Definitely recommended 100% .

Nice location and ambiance. Pricy side but is a once in a while place to have dining and stay parting. Overall was good.

This was my second time at Hacienda Ramirez, first time was for their opening night and I had the time of my life with friends singing and doing karaoke to old school despecho classics. Since I had such a great experience the first time I wanted to take a friend to see the place and have dinner, however the experience this time around was super disappointing. Upon arriving we were told there was minimum consumption, to which we agreed even though not being totally happy about it but we were going to eat and have drinks so se figured we would meet the minimum, well as soon as we sat down waitress came over to take our card even before we could order so they could take the $100 per person, Which I find ridiculous that these places do this even before you have your first drink, their reasoning is that nightclubs do that. But if you want to have dinner, drinks and ambiance then you are obligated to meet the requirement. We ordered few drinks and food so we still spent the money but it’s the principle. This was my friends first time at Hacienda Ramirez but with this new system we probably will not be going back. They killed our vibe as soon as we sat down.

Amazing place! Celebrated my birthday here and it was the best experience! The food and live band and ambiance was better than expected. Daniela took great care of us and made sure we all had a blast!

No respetaron la reserva que hice por open table , tienen internamente preferencia por clientes , hubo maltrato sin respetar que era un cumpleaños, 10 personas que llegamos temprano ,etc pero sin duda estos inconvenientes son por gente , el lugar es agradable trasmite lo que dice una Hacienda …

Maravilloso ambiente, la comida muy buena, el servicio excelente , la chef super amable, la decoración espectacular. Definitivamente 💯recomendado. Si quieres cenar y pasarla bien ese es el lugar ideal.
