I went here to celebrate my 23rd birthday July 25th 2024. I wanted so badly for it to be an amazing experience, but honestly, it wasn't. I felt so many micro-aggressions. I felt like we weren't being checked on as much as other tables. I felt kind of sad and like what was supposed to be a special night was ruined by my service. The tacos were great. My boyfriend had shrimp and i had steak. The rice and bean portions were super small for the price we were paying and though we were supposed to have blue corn tortillas that's not what they gave us. The server talked to us like he was disgusted to have to talk to us and came off as rude. My brother in law ordered a drink and asked them to double it. In the most petty remark, the server said "you gonna pay for double liquor?" Like I understand making it known it costs double price (which it does everywhere) but it sounded like he was assuming my brother in law had no money. We didn't get water refills until we were about to leave. We were never checked on. They came to take orders and collect plates and that was all. My mom had to ask a different guy who grabbed our plates for some chips and salsa she never received. He was kind but the server came back snotty. They forgot to give a few parts of orders. When my mom reminded him he said they didn't have chips and she said it's on the menu. "I don't mind paying for the chips and guacamole; i know that's what it comes with but i just want the chips and salsa" then he whispered about us to another server and chips magically appeared. Their whole energy was negative towards us and I hate to bring race into play but we were the only Black family there and seemed to get the brunt of their attitude. I cant say enough how hurt I felt watching servers smile and check on other tables while we were being left out. it felt humiliating. For the prices that everything costed it wasn't even worth the service hell we went through.

Over priced and over hyped..paying for the ambiance food was salty and small portions

The whole experience was great. Thought it was a bit over priced for the area we were in but all in all good food and good ambience.

Drinks presentation were AMAZING! The servers were very nice and the service was phenomenal! 1000000/10 recommended! Loved the empanadas de camarón sooo cheesy!!!

Food was great but our reservation was at 8:30 and we were there checked in by 8:15 and we were t seated till 9:30.

It was a bad service experience. Took them 2 hours to serve our food, and that was until a friend asked them where are food was. They forgot another friends dish, and the food was over cooked. This place is just all decoration, but the food quality and service is bad. Never again. And it’s super far.

Very spacious and decorated very well! The mariachi band was the highlight and it’s a club upstairs!

Food was amazing!!! Had a great time over all but the services wasn’t good. Server barely came to our table, we order an appetizer and waited 30 mins and still wasn’t there so we asked another server and to find out they were all out of that appetizer. We also had to ask another server later for a refill on drinks. I would still recommend this place to everyone to try cause again the food was amazing. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was Father’s Day weekend and it was busy but we did notice all the other tables were getting check on but ours so I don’t know.
