Positives: The service was very good as they especially looked after us given it was our anniversary. Our waitress was lovely and polite. I liked that the host took our coats to be hung up. Lovely atmosphere. A very diverse staff base. The food was nice however the Cous Cous was cold. Negatives: When I tried to phone up to say we would be 10mins late, nobody answered the phone. They hardly had any deserts left, very poor form. Furthermore, when I asked for our coats at the end of the evening, I was told by waitress staff that the host was handling something which is fine, however, none of the other staff members knew where our coats were. A waitress thdn asked me to go into the cloak room and have a look, at this point I'm thinking, "Are you serious?" I couldn't see it. This meant we waited around before the host came back for us to get our coats. We weren't impressed. I expect that there should be a system in place for staff to retrieve guests coats regardless of if the host is there or not.

If you want to wait 45 minutes for a table in a place where the music is so loud, you can’t hear the person sitting next to you speak and you want to get ignored for the duration of your meal, don’t get a drinks order until half way through your meal after begging 3 people to take your order in the first place and to top it off, you’re then told half the food isn’t available AFTER you’ve ordered and had your first and second wave and then had that substituted by a sub standard dish then I’d recommend you definitely go here. Guess the other perks are you catch a glimpse see the odd love island star or z list celebrity.

The food was so delicious, and the waitresses were lovey. Really good music and the decor is incredible. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place if you’re obsessed with yourself and posting pictures on instagram. Far too loud for a restaurant Can’t complain about my food as my cod was excellent. Dessert felt like something that had been bought en masse .

Our first time and we were treated like valued guests. Food, drink, service, ambiance, 10/10. The best steaks we’ve ever tasted by far. Andrea our waitress was fantastic. Steve and Djafar the chefs were amazing. We will be returning for sure.

The restaurant is beautiful with a good ambience however our time there felt rushed! We arrived 20 minutes early and our table was available, whilst still having our dessert one hour into our booking time we were told we would need to leave the table as the next booking would be waiting. I do not feel one hour is enough to enjoy a meal given the time allocated for 2 diners is 1hr 45mins. The food comes out quick and feels pre-prepared taking away from a high quality dining experience.

Bit disappointed with the humans & Baba ghanoush. Steak was on point & the rest. Will definitely go back. Music was ver loud very hard to communicate with waiter.

Restaurant’s interior was gorgeous. The food was honestly the tastiest food i’ve ever had at a high end restaurant. Loved the experience overall. We went on a wednesday so wasn’t too busy and we were served our food super quick. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly and efficient, despite it being her first day. Portions are smaller than I would like so i got a large plate along with a small plate but will emphasize again that the food was very yummy. Will definitely be back soon.

It was good we came on a Sunday for my birthday and it was really nice the only problem I have is food portions being really small (don’t order the jumbo prawns) and the service being a bit slow but other than that the staff were very nice and the bill came up to £80 for 3 ppl x

Very good place to eat especially for a special occasion. Food was very good and service too. We had food then shisha out side which was really good. The music was very loud tho and it was difficult to communicate with my partner. We did get seated in a quieter area but it was still loud.
