We enjoyed habibi Manchester, it was for our anniversary and the service provided was excellent. We was given a booth for the 2 of us. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only couple of criticisms would be the dj/music was far too loud for our liking, we came dine and we found it hard to hear each other over the music. The last point is that the menu is fairly limited. Apart from that we enjoyed how the resturant is. We would recommend for sure.

I was so disappointed I don’t even know where to start ! Firstly, service was extremely poor, waitresses couldn’t explain the menu and just wanted to sell you their water. We declined the water 3 times and they still kept bringing it also charging us for this although we never had it. It took 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken and the waitresses were unclear with the menu. When the food arrived it was awful no flavour and the rice was mushy like it hadn’t been washed or cooked correctly. When the bill came it was incorrect and they had charged us different to the menu prices - they did alter this once we had complained. It looks pretty but if you going for good food and good service I would avoid.

Food excellent and inexpensive. Wine a little pricey but well worth it. I went Saturday lunchtime only a month after it had opened so it was quiet but the music helped with the ambiance. Service petered off a little but it meant we weren’t rushed at all. I would highly recommend it.

Tastefully decorated restaurant, lovely staff, they were all attentive, but were not bothersome. Excellent food and great music. Would certainly recommend it.

Booked for anniversary, on google they put their business hours as open till 12am but don’t specify that their kitchen closes a lot earlier so food can’t be served / ordered , they did call me AFTER I made reservation of £40 to book a table- to tell me they can’t serve me food as kitchen was closed , then told me they could make it if I ordered over the phone as I already stated I started making my way …. Was given 2-3 items to choose from and wasn’t offered no official apology’s or anything as of such and was rushed out as well as being overcharged … will probably try again as I feel they could have done so much better and I will try the full menu and hopefully just hopefully they can redeem themselves 🤞

Lovely decor, spent a lot of money making it very nice. food was very average, ordered scallops that came deep fried which was not mentioned (I don’t eat fried food) and as they was overly battered the meat of the scallops was tiny. Large plate of cod was bland. The veg was cold and when I asked to be warm the chefs response to the waitress was ‘it’s cold because they don’t want hot butter on the vegetables’ I have a dairy allergy and still I’m baffled that the veg would be served cold. I could make the dishes at home much better. Non alcohol wine was £15 and was horrible. There was a non discretionary 12.5% service charge which I’m absolutely fine with however we ask if we could order tea and dessert on the shisha terrace. They asked if we could pay the bill first and order separately outside (again no problem) but then added another 12.5% on tea and dessert - scandalous to be honest.
