Steak was overcooked after confirming several times how we would like it done, it took staff about 15-20 minutes to decide whether we should get a new steak which they did accommodate us for. Steak then took another 30 or so minutes to arrive, so we had finished our sides. They offered 50% off the shisha however when came to paying the bill, which I only realised after I was billed for extra sides we never ordered. So all in all. Experience wasn’t the best for an almost £200 bill

I went there, despite my reservations at 9:30 pmthey told me it’s not on their system, with a cold and unwelcoming look. At the entrance the staff they’re not welcoming, negative vibe and harsh attitude as if I’m intruder not a guest. Will not come again

Awful service. I had to ask a waiter to explain the menu, had to ask a waiter to take our order, ask to take our drink order, ask where my mains were after waiting for 45min/1hr, and my response was “well, we explained this is how our service goes, it comes when it’s ready…” The waiter asks how my mains were, and I had to explain it never came. They didn’t ask if there were any dietary requirements. They brought a cake, and there was no singing from the staff; the waitress just plopped the cake on the table. We then got told to leave as our 2hr time slot was up, although there were plenty of empty tables as it was towards the end of the night. I asked nicely to take the service charge off.

-could have more vegan options -vegan dishes could be highlighted in menu -bill was given without asking for it -cocktails could be stronger +draft beer +nice interior +live entertainment +tasty food well presented

We was really looking forward to coming for my wife’s birthday. Restaurant looks really nice, we got great seats because it was a Wednesday night and was really quiet. Menu was surprisingly small with not much choice, given the size of the restaurant we thought there should be a few more options, but we chose the sharing Tomahawk Steak with 2 sides. When the food came the steak had been sliced which was strange as we were looking forward to cutting into the steak and enjoying the experience. The cut was full of fat and chewy bits and it wasn’t cooked great at all, just poor quality meat and it was barely warm. The side sauce were also poor and cold, but the Fries were ok at least. The service was really good from our server though he was really chatty and tried his best to make sure we had a nice evening. Shame about the food really you would think a new restaurant would wow you with their food but it was a real let down.

I have been twice to Habbibi Manchester within the same week and both time everything was fabulous. It is a bit weird in terms of expectations and reality but I still like it. I mean you expect food to be more traditional arabic but they come fancy michelin style with a high sophistication which is totally my thing. Everything is quite unique here. I don’t drink alcohol so I just ordered mocktails, which were one of the best I tried i Manchester. I was specifically fascinated by their tableware 🥰

Very disappointing. I booked this restaurant for myself and 2 friends after seeing an article online advertising their 2 or 3 course lunch set menu. On arrival I had to ask for the menu it was only 2 courses, less choice and for a higher price. The first course (starters on menu) arrived closely followed by the main courses - we hadn’t chosen from the small plates menu and nobody said it would all come at once! They took the main courses back to keep warm but they arrived back too soon. There was only one other table occupied, the staff were pleasant but were either too persistent ( clearing crockery that wasn’t empty or whilst we were still eating) or no where to be seen. We felt as though we were being rushed. I did speak to the manager who said the owner had changed the menu but wasn’t apologetic. Would not return.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed . When food arrived I was served sirloin wagyu not fillet as ordered . Also 2 potato dauphinoise . Main course was served before starters finished . The waitress said the they would swap the wagyu but would take a little longer . When it arrived my friend had finished his meal and my potato was cold .Again they said they would bring new dish but I explained by the time they did that my steak would be cold and didnt want to eat on my own as I said my friend had finished his meal !!! I sent everything back so ended with no main course . Hence very very disappointed
