Lovely place starters were excellent but the main was disappointing, got a completely different dish to what I ordered and had to settle for this as would be additional wait and partners food would have gone cold if we had waited for the right dish to come. Both dishes were underwhelming in the end and we both were disappointed in this as we were looking forward to a really nice meal as a birthday treat. The manager did rectify on the bill in the end after offering free cocktails.

I went for my anniversary dinner. It was okay. I was recommended by a friend to go try the t bone steak and bone marrow starter the leeds branch didn't have it so was a bit disappointed. But what we ordered was delicious. I really enjoyed the calamari starter.

Great atmosphere food was to a decent standard till the steaks came out and I wasn’t keen at all on the ribeye allot of flesh on the meat unfortunately, the waiter was very rude so the manager JAZZ came along to assist us and deal with the situation and offered us discount to soften the bad experience we were having. Rude service will always give a negative outcome on the restaurant this was all addressed and will hopefully be resolved. I will definitely not be attending this restaurant again there’s better places out there.

Walked in and right off the bat, the server who eventually approached us after us being stood around with a reservation (which is not needed here due to how empty it always seems) was quite rude in how he spoke. “Can i help?” in a very condescending tone, looking at us as if it was not a public restaurant. Finally got seated and there were still no signs of professionalism, as if it was everyone’s first day on the job and nobody had any care for us. Now the food was terrible I would pay not to be served it ever again. Visually looked OKAY, but the taste? nothing. Beef in the burger was actual rubber. The chicken was tasteless. Not worth the money at all nor the terrible service which is far from worth the 12.5% service fee. I regret going and never again. I would avoid. The food was absolutely horrendous. Kids went home starving. On a more positive note, the tiny portion of chips we got for £5 were decent…but I would’ve been concerned if they were not.

Well, where do I start. This was my 4th or 5th visit and I am sorry but this visit really going to be last one. I really want to like the place as there is nothing with Shisha in city centre but sadly it is impossible. Service is very poor, extremely slow, drinks always mixed up, long wait. Staff not attentive. Shisha poor quality, despite that always picking the most expensive one. Came in and was told we have table for 1hr 30min and it took 45min for Shisha and first drink to arrive! In the end, yesterday was definitely worst visit, in the end we were given someone else bill to pay with 16 vodkas on it and we literally had 2 wines and 2 vodkas. Staff took ages to correct bill. This place needs improvement on multiple levels!

Nice dinner date and birthday celebration meal with the Mrs. Relaxing atmosphere, greeted with a smile and good service by all staff. Food came out in decent time and was tasty.

Lovely setting, music, and surroundings. The food was served very promptly, warm and tatsed brilliantly. Also outside terrace and shisha was enjoyable. Had a great evening will be returning soon.
