Habanera, in the heart of Plaza Colón, transports you to old Havana. A space on Calle Génova 28, distributed over two very large floors where you can enjoy international cuisine. You will find a predominantly Mediterranean menu with Cuban hints. Fresh, seasonal cuisine that seeks to make the product and the fusion of flavors the protagonists. A delicious brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, cocktails, drinks and DJ sessions Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In addition, it has a very large terrace with views of the Plaza de Colón.

Excellent dinner and service was so great! Shout out to Natashia and Fernanda for taking such great care of my wife and I. We ordered the cheese fritters with apple and manchengo! Must get this dish. Almost like a dessert it was so good. For mains we got the roasted avocado tuna and the crispy lasagna. Both were incredible. Reasonable prices, check! Amazing food, check! Ambience is extraordinary(whoever designed the interior should get an award!) and the service was so good. Will visit next time we come to Madrid!!

Muy ruidoso para una cena de pareja. Nos sentaron en la planta superior en una zona "pasillo" donde pasaba gente constantemente de un lado a otro. La mesa cojeaba y pedimos ayuda un par de veces. Igualmente pedimos agua embotellada y no la trajeron hasta insistir ya con el segundo entrante. Demasiado caro para la calidad de la comida y el servicio muy lento y despistado.

At first we had a waiter that spoke zero English, but they then sent over a host to help us and she was great. They took very good care of us, and the service was quick and efficient. My mother ordered something she didn’t like because of her mistake in not reading the preparation details, and they took it back with no argument and did not charge us. The food was very good and the people pleasant.

Tenía muchísimas ganas de ir a cenar allí y reserve,al llegar nos sentaron en una mini mesa a lado de dos parejas.El ruido era espantoso,no había intimidad para cenar y aunque el decorado del restaurante es bonito no tiene nada que ver con lo impresionante que se ve en las fotos.En cuanto a la cena fue algo normal ni bueno ni malo.Insisto el ambiente parecía un gallinero por mucha velita que pongan.

Es la sexta vez que voy y es siempre un espectáculo. Me encanta todo. Muy recomendable.

Restaurant is beautiful but noisy. Upstairs may be quieter. Table of 5 and we thought the food was underwhelming. Artichoke appetizer was bland and artichokes were mushy. Salmon poke was good and white beef was good. They charge 2,50€ per person for bread but we don’t remember being asked if we even wanted bread. We tried three desserts, the birthday cake, cheese custard and the brownie, which was the best of the three. Margaritas are very good. White wine was 2,50 per copa.

Average food, nice drinks, but had different waiters every time someone came to the table which meant we had to explain what we wanted to each person. No one came to check if our food was okay either. For the price, we would expect more.

When we asked the ingredients of a dish because one of the diners had restrictions they advised with confidence the dish didn’t have that ingredient and when it arrived it clearly did. They changed it but it could have been a serious issue.
