    Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated which probably would have been longer if we hadn't kept checking in with the host. When we were seated they tried to sit us outside when we requested indoor seating. They were overbooked and disorganized. Thankfully, our server was amazing and the food was great but their delay caused us to rush through dinner because we had a show we were seeing. In short, don't go here if you have somewhere to be afterwards/expect to be seated at your reservation time. If you have the time, then it is a great spot: good vibes, great service (from servers and bartenders), and delicious food.

    We had a great time. However, I did mention in my reservation that it was a special occasion and although I didn’t request better seating, I would have assumed we’d receive it. Our table was within the main path, enough for my friend(who’s engagement we were celebrating) kept getting bumped. It was often and obnoxious. Other than that, our food was lovely and the service was wonderful.

    The ambiance is wonderfully Cuban and the menu is authentic with very delicious dishes available. The cheese empanadas were scrumptious and the bread pudding was a perfect dessert.

    Habana buffet offers the classic Cuban ambiance and the food selection was awesome, plenty of choices from the main courses, salads, desserts. Tony our head waiter provided excellent service to our group that added to our customer delight. My only suggestion is the restaurant should include the beverage I.e. coffee, tea or soda with the buffet price. We were charged extra for same beverages ordered. We will definitely come back again.

    Every team member provided a phenomenal experience, from checking in with the hostess and payment, to our amazing and positive server, to the individuals cooking in the foyer.

    The service and ambience was great! Our food came out cold and it was OK. We did not want to send it back because there was nine of us. The cost was expensive for how the food taste.
