The food was very good, but we felt a bit rushed. Just going into the experience knowing you only have a certain time to eat the food you’ve been given.

A new experience for my family and we really enjoyed it. Our waiter Yoshi was excellent! The grill was fun and we enjoyed cooking at table. Room for improvement- the lobby music was a very loud dubstep/opera situation. It was honestly terrible. The meats were mostly very low quality and so grisly. I know for an extra$$$ better meat is available but that shouldn’t mean regular customers get dog food grade gristle mixed in with slightly better bits of meat. The awesome service really made this experience for us. Yoshi and the gentleman who kept out waters full and plates cleared were so thoughtful about their job! Thanks!!

Fun experience but the service was not on point. Meats were delivered with no explanation what they were, our rice never came, and I had to ask for a plate. Some of the meat in the Meat Lovers didn’t seem get high quality and was grizzley.

This was my second visit. The food, as always, was great, The service was good (though not as suitable as my my first visit); the server became annoying after a while with his hovering "over-attentiveness" (paying attention to your guests is one thing, but his service got annoying, aggravating and a bit pushy). However, the restaurant needs to do some serious work on two issues: (1) the frequent dining app that I downloaded to my phone didn't work, and, after several attempts to fix it, I just deleted it (and won't be reloading it, either; in all fairness, though, this is getting to be a major problem for restaurant apps in general these days); and (2) the restaurant needs to be better about punctually honoring reservation times; on my first visit, my table wasn't ready for more than a half hour after my arrival (fortunately, the manager accommodated me with a discount on the bill), and on this second visit, the delay was 15 minutes. In both cases, I complied with the restaurant's policy of arriving on time; I expect them to do the same when it comes to having my table ready when requested (especially if they expect me to return again).
