Gyu Kaku has been a stop for us many times, and we came back to enjoy another fun meal. The table tops where food is prepared are very dated and need some resurfacing or replacing. The floors were dirty and we needed to ask staff for cooking utensils, scissors, and even our dinner plates. It will be a while before I consider returning again.

The customer service was not great we had a reservation at 12 and it took 30 min after the service needs to improve

The amount of meat per order is terrible. While we’ve been going to this place for years, it seems that it’s been getting worse each time we visit. I don’t think it’s worth the money for the serving you get. Better off going to a Korean BBQ if you want to make it worth what you pay for.

We have come to this location, many times and have enjoyed a great dinner. Our server was great, but the food not so much. Ingredients were missing from items ordered, when asked about the missing ingredients they were brought to the table cold and raw! ultimately had to speak with a manager to have everything remade! Aside from the ice cold food the restaurants appearance overall was relatively dirty, between the seat cushions you could see mounds of trash shoved between the seats.

Wonderful service - the waitstaff are all courteous and accommodating. It's always service with a smile. These people are kind and rush off to fulfill whatever your requests are. The food is great. But I just wish they didn't swap out the udon noodles in their garlic noodles for normal pasta noodles. The taste is still there, though. All three of us were full given what we ordered. We got full value for our money. We celebrated my husband's birthday here a few years ago and I'm happy to see that the quality of everything is still the same - the food, the service, the ambience, and the cleanliness. The consistent excellence is why we keep coming back.

We had our Thanksgiving lunch for a family of 5 at this venue. Food and service was excellent! We ordered the Supreme All You Can Eat at $70 per person. The meat selections were fabulous and the portions just right. It is definitely worth coming back for another all you can eat meal.
