My visit on 3/9 was a little disappointing! The server we had didn't introduce her self therefore I don't know her name. She said, "Hi", and asked if we had been to Gyu-Kaku before, which we had and took our drink order as well as our food since we already new what we wanted. What made our experience not as wonderful as other times was due to the following: 1. No charisma from the server. VERY IMPORTANT! She didn't look happy, nor smiled. Very dull! 2. She questioned if a drink was still wanted when I wasn't done eating. I still have a bite of food. 3. The Beef Sukiyaki rice lack meat, flavor, rice over cooked (too much water) and stone bowl not hot enough to get the rice crispy. 4. Plain white rice over cooked. Same textured too starchy and sticky due to excess water. Never before had I been disappointed with the quality of the food.

Very yummy spot to go to. Very busy as well so make sure to make a reservation if you can. So many options. Ended up getting the meat lover’s package since it was just the two of us and we were so so full by the end of it. Worth the price.

Ebi our waitress was amazing. It was really busy but she made sure our drinks were refilled and kept checking on us. Food was amazing and was a great atmosphere.

A bit pricey for the small amount you get with a feast. The grill turned off and it took a bit for them to come turn it back on.

We had a great server great food and overall a fantastic dinner for my birthday. All the meat was marinated perfectly and our server explained everything to my family who had never been there before
