We normally love this place but this visit missed the mark. Two items were brought out that were clearly not fresh so we had to send them back. Service was super slow. We will come back but just got a bad night.

Thao I believe is her name was our server and she had waited on us before, she is always a delight and takes excellent care of us. Tonight she remembered us and asked why we haven't been in a while (we live about 2 hours away). We get the all you can eat ultimate and love the premium sirloin - spicy addictive cucumbers and so many other dishes. Worth the money, delicious every single time. Highly recommend

Delicious food and great way to socialize! We had a reservation for 7:45 but arrived 15 minutes early and they sat us immediately. Drink and food order was taken shortly after that and we had all our food in record timing. Will be back!

Went here for date night on a whim and the ambience was perfection. Note that the menu and dining experiences aren’t the exact same as a KBBQ/Hot Pot place but still pretty similar. Easy place to locate and perfect for both casual and formal dining experiences. Server was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed being that it was our first time. Food was delicious, some of the meats weren’t my favorite but that’s all up to personal preferences lol. Only thing I will say is that it definitely makes sense to do one of their pre selected experiences because it’ll come out cheaper but that does mean your meats will be pre selected as well. They of course have a la cart and veggie options and all sorts of other sides as well. Just something to be mindful of if you’re a picky eater. Overall a wonderful experience and will be definitely be back!
