My party went during NYC Winter Outing and everything was wonderful. Food was great, ambience was great, staff were great. Overall a fun and great experience!

Horrible experience with the general manager. She encouraged one of her friends, a person she called her “regular customer to verbally assault us. Her behavior was unprofessional and dangerous. Our reservation was for 5:30, we arrived at 5pm and checked in with her. The rest of our party arrived and when we were all there at 5:15 she said our table was ready. When she saw we had one less person (7 instead of 8 people as one person was sick ) she said she had to change the table, made us wait half hour and at 5:45 set us at a small table for 6. When we went back to the host stand to ask her to put us at a bigger table she said no this is all you can have and insisted there was no other option. That’s when her “regular customer” hanging out behind her stand started his verbal assault, yelling and screaming that we had to wait our turn , he accused us of trying to cut the line etc. all while yelling that the manager was his friend. We did not speak to the man and walked away. He continued to scream and follow us to our table area. We thought the manager would ask him to stop. She did not. The staff stood around as this man continued to scream profanities and one female server was laughing with her phone out while the manager seemed to really enjoy the display from her “regular customer”. The whole restaurant was watching while the kids were crying and being traumatized. The restaurant workers finally got the man out when he started making physical threats and we started to talk back to defend ourselves. The manager found a bigger table and sat us at 5:55. It’s obvious the manager has a relationship with the man who threatened us and she was easily able to sit us at a bigger table but chose not to causing a horrendous scene and a traumatic experience for everyone. Please note I’m writing this review because the manager encouraged me to complain to the owner and showed no remorse for upsetting children and endangering the safety of the people in her restaurant.

I love, love this restaurant. The food is delicious and affordable. The workers are friendly and helpful. The drink that I had was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant experience, the wait staff were all very kind and wonderful to talk to, the food was of excellent quality, and we even got to mess with our friend a bit for his birthday. We got our table extremely fast and our food just as fast. Would recommend to others looking for a fun outing or celebration. Prices are reasonable as well.

アラカルトでオーダーしましたがお肉の質は日本で言うと食べ放題で出てくるお肉のレベル。日本の食べ放題のお肉を食べたいなっと思ったらここをお勧めします。値段はリーズナブルです。大ジョッキビールが安かったです。あの量であの値段は安いです。
