some of the cuts of meat where shredded and fell through the grills. Waiter got my kids meal wrong . He stated we could substite side dish for broccoli , when plates came, they where not changed. Also got our drinks wrong and we kept telling him but he never changed it, and he wouldn’t come to the table often to check if we needed anything else. Also left the burner on to high.

The food at this restaurant was decent, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The customer service was lacking—several items we ordered were forgotten, and we had to remind the staff multiple times. On top of that, the restaurant itself was not well-maintained; the tables and chairs were sticky, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the environment feels neglected. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make some serious improvements.

私たちはHOUSTON Marathon前のパワーチャージをGyu-Kaku でしました。カーボローディングではなく、日ごろから食べ慣れた焼き肉です。 Japanese Yakinikuは、網焼きのため余計な脂が落とされてとても美味しくいただけます。カルビなどの味付けも良いです。お店のスタッフさんも丁寧に対応してくださり、楽しく食事をする事ができました。しいて言うなら、各テーブルにあるタレのボトルがベタベタするので使いづらかったです。そこに気を使っていただけたら直良しです。

I went there with my family and were vegetarians. We had two instances of their giving us non vegetarian versions and only realizing it while we were eating the dishes. They did not take enough care.

The restaurant was dirty, floors full of debris, it was very loud. The floor to bathroom was wet and dangerous to walk on. We were shorted silverware, plates, no refills on drinks without asking, they charged us twice the bill by accident, service was subpar. Overall disappointing after being at the willowbrook location. Also open table boasts a $31 special but none exists for a party of 3. The food was good however.

Es mi restaurante favorita pero la hora de cerrada es a las 10:15 y mi reservación era a las 9:45 y ya no tenían mesas casi todos los meseros nos miraban feo x llegar a esa hora pero creo q no estoy haciendo nada malo si el restaurante cierra asta las 10:15 y en fin fue ya muy incómodo el ambiente
