Food was amazing and service was too. Their heat was out so my s/o was very cold and had to use the grill to warm up their hands lol

There was no heat in the middle of winter, and they shouldve advertised that or given everyone a 25% discount or something. That was absolutely ridiculous, I thought I’d get hypothermia in there. Service and food amazing as always though.

The staff was friendly when we arrived, but the lack of heat and poor food quality was a letdown. When it first opened, it did live up to the hype, but now it's just a rundown place that I'm not looking forward to eating at. Please fix the heat and the AC in that location. I see Customer still putting on the jacket while grilling the meat including myself

The foods are so good. Only bad thing is, I found a piece of steel wool in the noodles and showed to them. They had no other responsibility except to give me a new bowl of noodles. (I rejected as I almost finished it)

Restaurant did not have heat on one of the coldest nights in Boston. They had space heaters all around the restaurant which is a very serious hazard and very dangerous. Meat did not taste or look fresh. They rushed us out of our meal because they had people waiting for their tables. Didn’t even honor their 90 minute limit. Will not be returning, horrible experience.

The food and drinks were delicious. The waitress was friendly and helpful but seemed busy, so finding the same waitress when we wanted to add to our order was hard. Overall, it was delicious, and we enjoyed it as a family, so we'll come again.

No heat at restaurant for Christmas dinner, it would have been responsible for restaurant to let the customers know if they are having an issue instead of just admit reservations and have people sit in the cold when temps are bellow 37f
