    My children loves this restaurant. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is delicious!

    Service was really slow. we asked for two water and waited for 15 mins and still not coming and checked again. the Server said he needs to put the water in the order system to get the water served - crazy and unbelievable. meat quality is poor. for Japanese BBQ i am expecting quality food but the meat we paid for is just bits and pieces. two spent $150+gratuity, terrible experience, not worth a penny. i can get much better meat quality and service from korean bbq with 150. i don't recommend this chain location

    Went there for father's day dinner. All the food was great, the service was a little bit slow, but all in all we had a great time. The Hurami in the pot was the best!

    Had a great time last week at their late night happy hour that starts at 8:30 pm until close. Food was great and delicious. Prices are reasonable.

    I walked in with my boyfriend for a going away dinner before I go out of the country. As we’re checking in the host went to grab the manager( which was weird), we’ve been here SEVERAL times. The manager takes us to the back table and pulls out his device to ask if we signed this check he has shown us. He took us to the back of the restaurant as if we were his staff. This was very weird and I was taken ABACK because I was very confused on what was going on. Just as a back story the last visit we used a gift card that was gifted to us and the server said everything was fine prior to leaving that evening. Fast forward to today, the manager asked us in an unprofessional manner if we contacted our bank to cancel the transaction. This wouldn’t make any sense because we used a visa giftcard. I have NEVER been approached in this manner in a restaurant EVER. This was very uncomfortable. He informs us the server who took care of us was let go 3 days after that situation which was odd to me because this clearly was a restaurant transaction mistake on their end. We usually come here every 1-2 months so it is odd that they did not contact me or send me a message. We felt very ambushed and racially profiled. We enjoyed this establishment very much but after today I will never come to this location ever again. Hai was the manager that addressed us in this rude, condescending, unprofessional manner.
