service was a little slow and our server wasn’t really attentive. Empty plates from appetizers weren’t collected and they placed our raw meat wherever there was space instead of cleaning the dirty dishes away first. Our drinks took longer than our apps but they said they had no bartender so that’s fine. But the food was delicious when it finally did arrive. And the drinks were delicious too.

This is one of my go to spots! I love the food and the cocktails. It’s at the end of Fulton market so parking is plentiful. Last night I only ordered cooked items and my meal was still delightful. I wasn’t up for grilling.

I love this restaurant, but not this location. Parking is a nightmare but also we had a bad server. Moving forward we will just not be attending the west loop location anymore

The service at this location is a bit lacking. The hostess acted like she couldn’t be bothered when she saw us come in. The wait staff were too busy standing around chatting to actually go wait tables. The kitchen staff had music blaring that we could hear in the front of the dining room and the overhead music was way too loud (not to mention bad). The food was good but the service and ambience at this location aren’t great. I’ll stick with our Lakeview location where the service and ambience are always correct.
