Service that evening was very slow. Server was lovely, but for a 7:30 reservation we received the main course at 9:40! Food was very good when received.

Thank you for your review! Valentine's weekend is one of our bussiest weekends. With that, certain problems can arise, like lengthy wait times. My sincere apologies on waiting so long on your meals. Our kitchen staff were certainly cooking and plating as quickly and efficiently as possible. Despite the wait, I'm happy to here you enjoyed your meals when they did arrive.

It was the best service I have ever had anywhere, very friendly and attentive! Excellent quality food and a very relaxing atmosphere!

The food was fabulous. One note, when I made the reservation I did submit a note via the OneTable app that my guest had an onion food allergy. The restaurant was not aware of this note. I don't know if they checked the reservation note or the note wasn't never submitted. That said, the server took the allergy to the kitchen and confirmed that one of the specials was onion free. The offering, the rack of lamb, was delicious but it was the only option presented. I had expected that with the 4 days notice there would have been more than one option. There was a nearby table of about 14 people who were very loud which was notable but did not override our tables conversation. Overall it was a delicious meal and would go again.

I feel our team could have done a better job picking and pairing different elements from different dishes to come up with a unique meal that would have been pleasing. A two hour wait for food. One hour after ordering we were informed the kitchen was out of the Duck option. Another half hour later I had to ask for bread because we were so hungry and was charged 4$ for 4 small pieces of bread. Too long, overpriced food. Will not be back. This wasn’t the first time we had to wait 2 hrs for food here but it will be the last.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review! Valentines Day is one of the bussiest days of the year and can be quite hectic for our kitchen and service staff. It's very unfortunate that you waited so long on your food. Our kitchen staff were certainly cooking and plating food as fast and efficently as possible. However with so many orders entering the kitchen all at once, wait times can certainly lengthen which is what happened on your last visit.
