Don’t waste your money on this “vip experience” Service was slow and the 20 dollar nachos were soggy. I did this last year and it was a way better experience, unfortunately not this time.

Food was ok server was terrible. We wanted a specific burger but they couldn’t remove the peppers which means it was a premade mix and I would expect more from guy Fieri

I called to ask what time they started serving their lunch menu and was told 8am. We made a 9:30am reservation and we paid extra for their MVP area experience. When we arrived we were told they don’t serve lunch until 11am. Also, the MVP area doesn’t have sound for the TVs. So we paid extra money and couldn’t hear the game that we came to watch. Our server went long periods of time without checking on us. We told him we wanted to order lunch the moment that we could. We were very hungry. Prices here are outrageous. Overall we were really disappointed and quite surprised since we’ve eaten as his other places and always been happy. If you read other reviews, they are overwhelmingly negative for this location.

We showed up early and were still able to be seated . They even took a picture for us !!! We throughly enjoyed the experience of our trash can nachos !!!!

The hostess was gone and people kept waiting in line to get seated. Pretty soon there were about 15 people waiting to get seated. Finally we all just went into the bare area. One of the workers named angel literally yelled at everyone to get back in line. Then he continued to yell at everyone anyone to get along the fence in a single file line. We got seated and the waiter wasn’t much better. No personality and took forever to get even drinks. The prices were crazy expensive but the food was good. I won’t be surprised if this place doesn’t make it. It wasn’t even close to busy.

Worst dining experience in Vegas. For the price, we could have done much, much better. First, the waiter needs to slow down and LISTEN. He repeated something I didn't even order. I asked for soda water in my drink, it was tonic water. My husband's beer was wrong and finally I ordered 1 cheeseburger meal and they brought 2. I told them upon delivery I only ordered 1 and they took it back. The check still had 2 identical meals. I showed the waiter, he returned and said "no problem, they removed it no questions asked." No questions asked?! Do you see a 2nd burger? Do you think I ordered 2 large burgers? No questions asked?! When Guy said go big or go home, the emphasize should be on the GO HOME.

Great place to watch all the Sunday football games! Service was a little slow but the servers were kind & friendly. Great food! Highly recommend!

This was the worst dining experience we have ever had in Las Vegas. The food was inedible. Our bill was $180 without drinks and no one ate their food.

Drinks came out after our food, waitress was a ghost, no refill on water until we were almost finished eating, no utensils. We were watching a game and the tVs cut out as well. Overall a poor experience.
