Walk ins were not really accepted even though many tables were open. We were forced to reserve with a notice saying credit card hold of $25 and if missed reservation, it would be charged. It actually was a $75 hold so it is misstated!!!!!

Everything was exquisite! Triple fries and a fantastic cheeseburger. Topped it off with a Brookie!

Terrible food. How does a place that claims to a barbecue restaurant run out of pulled pork, and then not offer substitutions so half the menus is not a choice. We’re out of several beers, waiter was fine but didn’t really come back to check on us, probably because he knew the restaurant is awful!

I spent $120 dollars for a burger, salad and two drinks not worth the price at all

We chose Guy Fieri’s Flavortown at the Horseshoe Casino for a business dinner primarily because it had immediate availability for our group of 12 on a Tuesday evening and it was a “close walk” from Caesars conference center. I didn’t check the menu beforehand and was surprised to find that nearly every item was a burger or a fried sandwich—not exactly the diverse selection I was expecting. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, our group endured an incredibly long wait—about two hours—for our food. The slow service continued throughout the night, making the experience frustrating. When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming, especially given the price. I ordered the fish and chips, and while it was fine, it wasn’t anything memorable. Overall, the combination of painfully slow service and average food makes it unlikely we’d return. While this might be standard for restaurants in the area, I had hoped for better.

The service was very good, appetizers were good, but entrees were very sub-par. Sent two orders of brisket back. Could hardly cut them with a sharp knife. Ordered pulled pork in its place and that was jot as bad but not great. Waiter charged us for one entree instead of two but would rather have had a decent meal. Won’t be going back.

Service was great, considering he had over half the restaurant to take care of. Food was expensive for what you received.. To be called Flavortown, the fried chicken was just coated in flour and fried, no seaaon in the breading, just fried flour. Brunt end mac n cheese didn't have burnt ends, just chopped brisket on top.

I would not recommend this restaurant ever. While our server was outstanding, management and other staff ignored customers and were generally rude. The menu has typos in it. The brisket was dry. The chicken dinner is actually three oversized and over-breaded , bland chicken strips. The coleslaw had no dressing, so it was essentially raw cabbage. Our server was so busy I couldn’t order anything to drink beyond water, and couldn’t get my water refilled. For a “world-famous” chef’s restaurant, I would’ve expected actual butter. Instead, my dried out jalapeño cornbread was accompanied by a buffet style pre-packaged, individual serving of butter. Everything from the food to the service to the condiments was poor. When we shared this feedback with the manager, his response was simply to thank us for the feedback and walk away. We would’ve been more satisfied with McDonald’s than the $141 we spent on this dinner.
