Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

Save room for dessert with churros that are light as air, yet crisp to perfection and fried ice-cream.

The staff were short handed making the wait time too long. Only had one refill of water during service and could have used more

The food is pretty good but the drinks are definitely overpriced and the tables needed some extra cleaning. They discontinued a couple of entrees that they used to serve in past years, which was a bit disappointing and it seems that overall vibe of this place has gone downhill. Hoping that it will be a better experience next time.

Restaurant was really run down (seats looked terrible in the bar area). Service was really, really slow but the server seemed to try. The food - disappointed! Hardly any sauce on enchiladas (and dry), and the chicken fajitas was very skimpy on the meat. You also had to pay 4.99 to get the toppings most serve as standard with them. Have had much better and cheaper elsewhere. We sent the fried ice cream back as it was soggy and not like fried ice cream. We have this any chance we can get, and this was a no go for our entire party - we tried to like it. The guacamole and the elote corn appetizer was good. This was the best part of the meal. We would NOT return! Should take google reviews more seriously in the future.

We ate hear when it first opened and we're blown at how fantastic the service and mostly the food was! We came back to celebrate an anniversary with a group of friends and were extremely disappointed in the food flavors. We also found out Guy is not overseeing this resturant anymore.
